Rates and Reservation

In summer time we let on a weekly basis.

Weekly rates (7 days) in EUR in 2013
(min. rental 7 days)

Check-in at 3 pm or later;
Check-out on your last day until 11 am.

For rental periods over 2 weeks, a discount may be available. Please ask!

These rates include:
Electricity, water, gas.
Bed linen and towels will be changed once per week.

Please bring your own beach towels!

The use of the 5th sleeping facility (Buganvilia) will be charged with 10 EUR/night.

A baby bed is available.

Enquiries and booking

Enquiries and bookings only by E-Mail or the contact form, please.

Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Accepted reservations will be confirmed by e-mail. Once a firm booking has been made, a 30% deposit by bank transfer is due within 10 calender days. The remainder is due, also by bank transfer, at the latest two weeks before the start of the rental.

If the first payment doesn't arrive on time, the reservation will be cancelled. If the client subsequently cancels the reservation, the deposit will not be refunded.
